Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Toolkits, Templates, Manuals)

Due to the nature of instant access to digital files, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once a file has been delivered or downloaded.

2. Consulting Services

Refunds for consulting services are subject to the following terms:

  • 72 hours or more before your session: 100% refund

  • Less than 72 hours: 50% refund or 1-time reschedule

  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund

Clients may request a one-time reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice.

3. Subscription or Membership Plans (if applicable)

You may cancel future billing at any time. However, we do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing cycle after access has been granted.

4. Course & Program Enrollments

For live or cohort-based programs:

  • 100% refund: 7+ days before program start

  • 50% refund: 2-6 days before start

  • No refund: Within 72 hours or after access begins

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Customers will opt-in for SMS messaging from DiVnity Business Consulting through (Intake forms, verbally, filling out a paper form) at DiVnity Business Consulting. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Customer will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from DiVnity Business Consulting by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted-out, they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back in at any time by replying START.
